摘　　要：高校学生党员发展工作是党的建设的重要内容,也是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。高校学生党员发展工作在取得成绩的同时,也遇到了高校学生入党动机功利化等困境。要走出困境,高校学生党员发展工作必须高度重视意识归位这个有效出口。The university student Party member is important content of Party building,is also the important component of university ideological and political education work.College student Party members obtain the result,while also encounters college students to join the Party utilitarian motives and difficulties.College student Party members want to walk out of predicament,must take seriously highly consciousness on the effective export.
