摘　　要：大学毕业生适应新的就业环境必须依赖健全的心理素质,在科学分析其影响因素的基础上,适应工作环境过程中的交际活动应注意从心态、情绪、语言、行为等方面进行有效控制。University graduates to adapt to new environment of employment must rely on sound psychological quality,based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the communicative activities adapt to the working environment should pay attention to from the state of mind,emotion,language,behavior and other aspects to effectively control.
