摘　　要：本文分析了现阶段本科留学生生源特点以及培养过程中存在的问题,阐述了本科留学生的培养目标,并根据近几年来的探索实践在留学生培养方案、教学方式、管理模式等方面提出了现阶段保障外国留学生培养质量的措施。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the source of undergraduate students as well as the existing problems in the cultivating process,elaborates the training objectives of the undergraduate students,and according to recent years of exploration and practice in students training scheme,teaching mode,management mode,to put forward the measures to guarantee foreign students training quality.
