摘　　要：电子商务逐渐走入到人们生活的方方面面,而电子商务物流成为阻碍电子商务发展的最大阻力,也制约了经济的快速发展。本文从分析电子商务与物流的关系入手,分析了在现行经济环境中电子商务发展中物流的瓶颈及其形成的原因,结合并借鉴国内外先进的物流方案,根据我国实际情况,提出了一系列解决电子商务中物流瓶颈的对策和措施。Electronic commerce gradually into all aspects of people's lives,but the electronic commerce logistics has become the obstacle to the development of electronic commerce the largest resistance,also restricted the rapid development of economy.This paper analyzes the relationship between electronic commerce and logistics,analysis proceed with e-commerce logistics bottlenecks and the reasons of its formation in the development of current economic environment,binding and draw domestic and foreign advanced logistics solutions,according to the actual situation of our country,put forward a series of solution of electronic business logistics bottleneck countermeasure and measure.
