摘　　要：高等教育管理的创新发展需要符合科学运行规律,借鉴并发挥现有经验与研究成果的作用,将当代高等教育管理创新路径的研究更加深入化、实际化。现如今我国改革开放形势及现代化建设已有了更新、更长远的突破,这就要求高等教育管理的创新与实践探索适应时代要求。笔者就本人经验对本课题进行了研究并在文中进行详细阐述。The innovation of higher education management development needs scientific rule,draw lessons from and to play the role of prior experience and research results,the contemporary higher education management innovation study more in-depth,practical.Now the situation of our country reforming and opening and modernization construction has been updated,more long-term breakthrough,which requires the innovation of higher education management and practice to meet the requirements of the times.The author from my experience to study on the subject,described in detail in the text.
