“紫金模式”下学院层面“一院两区”教学运行管理的研究与探索

摘　　要："紫金模式"的主要特征是"企业支持办学建设、企业参与办学过程、企业检验办学成效",与我国"卓越计划"高度吻合。基于该特征,福州大学紫金矿业学院实行"一院两区"运行管理方式。文章通过分析该模式对学院教学运行管理产生的挑战,提出了一系列创新性举措,尝试构建一种有效、可借鉴性强的"一院两区"教学运行管理方式,以期为我国"卓越计划"试点高校和试点专业的跨校区教学运行管理提供一个新的视角和参考。The 'enterprise supports school construction,participates in running process,and inspects running effect' is the main characteristic of 'Zijin mode',and the model is highly inosculated the 'excellent plan'.Based on this characteristic,theZijin Mining College of F uzhou University carries out the 'a school with two districts' operation management mode.By analying of the challenge that the mode gave to the college’s teaching management,this article puts forward to a series of innovative measures,trying to build a kind of effective teaching management mode.And the article hopes to provide a new perspective and reference of the 'across-campus teaching operation management' for the 'excellent plan' pilot universities and majors.
