摘 要:尝试提出对Doppler效应的一种新的认识:观测者运动与波源运动的Doppler频移等效,电磁波与弹性波的Doppler频移等效,观测者与波源背向运动(OFF)与相向运动(TO)的Doppler频移形成机制不同,波速C表现为普适不变性及与Doppler频移等效的Galileo迭加性。A new understanding about doppler effect is proposed in this paper. Doppler effect is equivalent for observer moving and radiation source moving, and for electromagnetic wave and elastic wave, while the generating mechanism of doppler frequency shift for OFF-manner movement (off each other)and TO-manner movement(towards each other)is different. The velocity of wave is universal invariant and is equivalently Galileo additive represented by doppler frequency shift.
