摘 要:根据波速的普适不变性和等效Galileo迭加性,提出了基于源和接收者相对运动的Galileo-SR变换,据此导出了基于有限光速的Galileo时空相对性关系。提出了基于推迟效应的推迟相对性概念,导出了基于Galileo-RET变换的推迟Doppler频移和推迟时空相对性结论。在Galileo-SR变换和Galileo-RET变换的框架内,时间与空间独立、闭环运动中时空守恒、Newton力学无须改变仍适用于相对运动的惯性系,Micheiso-Morleyn实验、Fizeau实验、光行差、横向Doppler频移实验、运动粒子寿命实验的结论可以得到解释。狭义相对论是以有限光速对轨道运动进行观测角[0,2π)均匀分布的统计观测的理论,其时间延缓和横向Doppler频移结论适用于对轨道运动的横向观测。According to the principle that velocity of wave is universal invariant and equivalently Galileo additive,Galileo-SR transform based on relative movement between the source and the receiver is derived,consequently new Galileo space-time relation based on limited velocity of light can be established.The relativity concept based on retarded effect is suggested,which leads to the conclusion of retarded Doppler shift and retarded space-time relation denoted by Galileo-RET transform.Space and time is independent of each other and conservative when the source moves in a closed pass.Newton' mechanics remains unchanged in relative motion,and the experiment results of Micheiso-Morleyn,Fizeau,aberration,transverse Doppler shift of luminescent atoms and decay of moving particles can be explained inside the frame of Galileo-SR transform and Galileo-RET transform.SR is the theory based on statistical observation of orbital motion with limited light velocity and watching angle with uniform distribution within [0,2π).The theory of time dilatation and transverse Doppler shift of SR is applicable to transverse observation of orbital motion.
