摘　　要：在公共政策目标确定中的价值分析要求 ,其本身就缘于公共政策目标确定的科学化要求 ,即公共政策目标确定的科学化与公共政策目标确定中价值分析的科学化从一定意义上讲也就是同一过程。因而 ,注重公共政策目标确定中的价值分析 ,并且把握价值分析的科学性与客观性 ,能够更好地促进公共政策目标确定的科学化。The request of the valuable analysis to determining the aim of the public policies,which must be scientistic,is the same process in a sense.Therefore,it can promote scientism in determining the aim of the public policies when people pay much attention to the valuable analysis to the public policies,grasp its scientistic and objective analysis.
