高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油的分析方法。采用CHIRALCEL OJ-H,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm不锈钢柱,以正己烷-异丙醇溶液为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,在278nm波长下,对高效氟吡甲禾灵进行定量分析。线性相关系数为0.999 99,标准偏差0.068,变异系数为0.64%,平均回收率100.6%。该方法具有快速、简便、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。The HPLC method for analyzing haloxyfop-R-methyl emulsifiable concentrate was established.The mobile phase was hexane and Isopropyl alcohol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a CHIRALCEL OJ-H,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm column was used with column temperature at 25℃and the detection wave length was 278 nm.The results showed that the linear correlations was 0.999 99, the standard deviation was 0.068,the variation coefficient was 0.64%,the average recovery was 100.6%.The method with the advantages of convenience,fast speed,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations,was an ideal analysis method.
