摘　　要：目的:评价CHROM agar念珠菌培养基应用于临床标本念珠菌分离和鉴定的效果。方法:取500份临床患者的标本,分别接种至血琼脂、Sabouraud和CHROM agar念珠菌培养基,常规孵育,并进行VITEK-YBC法鉴定和药敏判断。结果:利用血琼脂、Sabouraud和CHROM agar念珠菌培养基各获得200、296和296株念珠菌,其特异性分别为67.6%、78.3%和100%。CHROM agar念珠菌培养基可对占94.26%的白色、热带、克柔和光滑念珠菌做出正确鉴定。结论:CHROM agar念珠菌培养基可用于临床标本念珠菌的初筛及快速做出病原学诊断,为抗念珠菌药物的选择提供依据。Objective To study the effects of CHROM agar Candida medium in the isolation and identification of clinical Candida.Methods A total of 500 clinical specimens were inoculated on blood agar,Sabouraud and CHROM agar medium,respectively,and then incubated and identified by VITEK-YBC and drug sensitive tests were perormed.Results A total of 200,296,296 Candida isolations were obtained from blood agar,Sabouraud and CHROM agar medium respectively,and their specificity were 67.6%,78.3% and 100%.About 94.2% of the Candida Albicans,C.tropicalis,C.glabrata and C.krusei could be correctly identified by CHROM agar medium.Conclusion CHROM agar Candida medium can be used in the primary screening and rapid diagnosis of clinical Candida,providing basis for the drug selection.
