摘 要:目的 评价新型氧气系统的供氧防护性能. 方法 假人和4名志愿者着个体防护装备,使用新型氧气系统,先后在低压舱和迅速减压舱内完成6项试验.①地面~10.0 km普通供氧性能试验;②13.0~17.0 km加压供氧性能试验;③13.0~17.0 km迅速减压性能试验;④4h连续供氧性能人体试验;⑤15.0 km加压供氧性能人体试验;⑥15.0 km迅速减压性能人体试验. 结果 新型氧气系统的供氧分压大于21.0 kPa(在12.0 km高度以下)和17.0 kPa(在12.0 km高度以上),吸气阻力小于490 Pa(假人肺通气量20.0 L/min)和627 Pa(假人肺通气量30.0 L/min),迅速减压峰值小于7.4 kPa. 结论 新型氧气系统可以满足地面~17.0 km高度供氧防护要求.Objective To evaluate the protection performances of a new type oxygen supply system against hypoxia. Methods Totally 6 rounds of test were taken in hypobaric chamber and rapid decompression chamber.A dummy was applied in the tests of:① conventional oxygen supply performance under the altitude simulation from ground to 10.0 km; ② pressurized oxygen supply performance from 13.0 to 17.0 km; ③ performance under the rapid decompression from 13.0 to 17.0 km in order to ensure the safety of physiological tests.Four volunteers with individual protection equipment underwent the physiological tests of:④ oxygen continuous supply performance for 4.0 h;⑤ pressurized oxygen supply performance at 15.0 km and ⑥ the performance in rapid decompression at 15.0 km. Results The oxygen partial pressure provided by new type oxygen system was over 21.0 kPa (under 12.0 km) and over 17.0 kPa (above 12.0 km).The inspiration resistance was respectively less than 490 Pa and 627 Pa,that corresponding to the dummy's with the respiration ventilation volume of 20 L/min and 30 L/min.The peak pressure value under rapid decompression was less than 7.4 kPa. Conclusions The new type oxygen supply system can provide protection against hypoxia for pilots from ground to 17.0 km.
