民航飞行员血脂异常分析

摘　　要：目的 分析民航飞行员中血脂异常的现状,探讨血脂异常类型分布特点及防治对策.方法 中国南方航空股份有限公司参加年度体检,体检结论为飞行合格的409名男性民航飞行员,年龄31～50岁.检测其TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、体重及身高.按BMI分组,BMI≥25 kg/m2为超重组,BMI＜25 kg/m2为正常组,比较两组血脂异常的发生率.按年龄分组,分析血脂水平分布特点.结果 本组飞行员血脂异常检出率为68.7％,其中高TG血症检出率最高,为44.3％；其次为高TC血症,为38.4％.超重组的各项血脂指标异常检出率、混合型血脂异常检出率及总异常率均比正常组高,其中两组间高TG血症、低HDL-C血症检出率的差异均有统计学意义(x2=11.096、11.537,P＜0.01).经回归分析显示TG(Y1)与BMI(X)呈正相关,其回归方程为:Y1=-1.008+0.114X(t=5.64,P=0.000)；HDL-C(Y2)与BMI(X)呈负相关,其回归方程为:Y2=2.045-3.36×10-2X(t=6.435,P=0.000).本组对象中未见血脂水平与年龄相关. 结论 应对血脂异常飞行员,尤其是超重的人员,运用治疗性生活方式改变与药物相结合的方法进行血脂调控.Objective To investigate the prevalence of dyslipidemia in civil pilots and to study its distributio characteristic and prevention countermeasures.Methods In annual health checkups,409 qualified pilots of China Southern Airline Company Limited,aged from 31 to 50 yrs,were received the survey on the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,body weight and height.The pilots were grouped upon BMI (overweight:BMI≥25 kg/m2 ; normal weight:BMI＜25 kg/m2) and age.The prevalence of dyslipidemia and its distribution characteristic were analyzed.Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 68.7％ in surveyed pilots.The incidence of high TG was 44.3％ then the high TC 38.4％.The incidences of various dyslipidemia,mixed dyslipidemia and total abnormal rate of overweight group were higher than those of normal weight group.The differences between these two groups were statistically significant on high TG (x2 =11.096,P＜0.01) and on low HDL-C (x2 =11.537,P＜0.01).Analysis showed that TG (Y1) positively correlated to BMI (X) (Y1 =-1.008+0.114X; t=5.64,P =0.000) while HDL-C (Y2) showed negatively (Y2 =2.045 +0.0336X; t=6.435,P=0.000).The level of lipid was uncorrelated to age in the surrey.Conclusions The dyslipidemia of civil pilots,especially for the overweighed,should be controlled by the therapeutic lifestyle combined with medicine.
