摘  要:目的 综述当前用于循证航天医学证据系统评价中Meta-分析技术的发展与应用,总结其应用特点与效果,并根据航天医学研究及航天实施医学的特点提出实施Meta-分析时应注意的问题. 资料来源与选择 国内外相关领域的学术论著及综述. 资料引用 相关文献26篇.资料综合 Meta-分析是建立在随机对照试验的基础上,进行科学的评估和统计处理,其多项研究的汇总统计量或效应尺度可为进一步研究提供可靠的文献数据,也可为科学决策提供可靠的参考依据.有效证据是实施循证航天医学“三要素”之一,而Meta-分析技术是获得有效证据的重要途径,做好Meta-分析,对实施循证航天医学具有重要意义. 结论 最少选择性偏倚、样本量偏倚和统计性偏倚的系统评价是产生循证航天医学最佳证据的重要途经,而在开展系统评价时要靠Meta-分析技术来实现,如何根据航天医学的特点做好Meta-分析尚须进行深入研究.Objective To review the current development and application of meta-analysis in systematic review of evidence-based space medicine,to describe the characteristics and effects of the meta-analysis,and to put forward the questions that should be cared to the research work of space medicine and space operational medicine.Literature resource and selection The professional reports,articles and books that published at home and abroad.Literature quotation Twenty-six papers,study reports and monographs were cited.Literature synthesis Meta-analysis could scientifically summarize and assemble the results of the studies based on the randomized control trials.The overall statistics or effect magnitude could give us the evidence for scientifically making decisions or providing effective references for further studies.Best evidence played one of the " three main elements"of evidence-base space medicine and meta-analysis was the important method to obtain the best evidence.Paper also discussed how we applied the meta-analysis better.Conclusion The best evidence of space medicine comes from the systematic review with the least bias of material selection,sample size and statistics.Meta-analysis would enable a better systematic review even its applications still to be further studied to fit the characteristics of space medicine.
