摘  要:针对零件加工过程中工件尺寸在线测量问题,采用激光超声测量技术,提出了激光超声测量方案,建立了激光超声在线测量工件尺寸的实验系统,并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该系统能很好地应用于工件尺寸的在线测量,测量效率高,结构简单,安装调试容易,便于操作,易于实现完全非接触式在线测量,且具有较高精度,实际测量误差为2.64%。According to online measuring problem of workpiece’s size that the accessory is processing, laser ultrasound measuring technology is adopted in this paper. The measuring project is put forward based on laser ultrasound technology. The laser ultrasound experimental system of online measuring workpiece’s size is established. And the experiment study is carried through. The experimental results show this system can be well used in online measuring of workpiece’s size. Its measuring efficiency is high. The experimental device is simply. Its installation and debug is easy. It is characterized by simple operation. And it is easy to realize complete noncontact online measuring. This system has higher measurement precision. Measuring error is 2.64% for measuring workpiece’s size in fact.
