摘 要:提出一种利用抱辊系统测量环件圆心位置和环件外圆直径的方法,其中的易测参量是分别推动两抱辊运动的两油缸的行程。通过建立直角坐标系推导出环件圆心位置、环件外圆直径与分别推动两抱辊运动的两油缸行程之间的数理关系。将油缸位移传感器测量出的两油缸行程带入计算软件,即可得到瞬时环件圆心位置和环件外圆半径的数值,同时根据圆心位置即可看出环件是否发生偏移,以及发生偏移的偏移量。该方法容易实现,可降低成本,且精度较高。A new method is proposed to measure the centre location and outer diameter of the ring by the guide roller system of ring rolling mill. And the easily measured parameters are stroke lengths of the hydraulic cylinders which respectively drive the two guide rollers movement. Mathematical relationships between the center position, the outer radius of ring and the two cylinder strokes are deduced based on the Cartesian coordinate system. Numerical value of instantaneous centre location and outer diameter of the ring can be derived by putting stroke lengths of the two hydraulic cylinders, which are measured by the cylinder displacement sensor, into calculation software. In addition, whether the ring deviating from its centre or the offset the ring deviates can be shown according to the centre position of the ring. This method is easy to implement, can reduce costs and has high precision.
