鞭虫引起猪水样腹泻的病例研究

摘　　要：2011年10月上旬,四川省泸州市一大型猪场627头保育猪和育肥猪相继发生水样腹泻,发病率达95%以上,死亡率为6%.发病猪日龄为6～14周龄,体质量20～40kg,仔猪从保育舍转入育肥舍(采用发酵床饲养)第5天开始出现水样腹泻,采食量减少,逐渐消瘦,感染严重的猪由于腹泻、脱水、心衰而死亡.经临床诊断和实验室确诊,致病原为猪鞭虫.In the early October of 2011,Luzhou,Sichuan Province,627 conservation pigs and fattening pigs in a large pig farm suffered watery diarrhea in succession with a morbidity above 95% and mortality around 6%.The age of these sick pigs was from 6 to 14 weeks with weight of from 20 to 40 kilograms.Piglets which had been moved from nursery to fattening house began to get watery diarrhea from the 5th day as well as reducing feed intake and gradual weight loss.Those seriously infected pigs died of diarrhea dehydration and heart failure.By clinical diagnosis and laboratory test,it's confirmed that the infectious agent is pig whipworm.
