摘 要:以某台600MW直接空冷机组为例,采用数值模拟的方法,研究不同环境风速、风向对直接空冷系统性能的影响。研究结果表明,在汽轮机排汽参数一定时,随着环境风速增大,冷却风量及空冷凝汽器换热量减小;炉后风对直接空冷系统性能影响大于其它风向。当炉后风风速增至10m/s时,迎面风速由无风时的2.1m/s降为1.78m/s,空冷凝汽器换热量为无风环境下的82.8%,机组发电能力显著降低。Taking one 600 MW direct air-cooling unit as example,the influence of environmental wind speed and direction upon the performance of direct air-cooling system has been studied by using the method of numerical simulation.Results of study show that the influence of wind behind the boiler upon the performance of direct air-cooling system was greater than that of wind from other direction;under certain exhaust steam parameters,the cooling air flow rate and the heat exchange of air-cooling condenser have reduced as the environmental wind speed has increased.When the wind speed behind the boiler was increased to 10 m/s,the wind speed on the windward area decreased from 2.1 m/s at without wind condition to 1.78 m/s,the heat exchange rate of direct air-cooling condenser was 82.8% of that in without environmental wind condition,the power generation capability of unit has substantially reduced.
