摘  要:结合烟风道热补偿的特点和补偿量的计算方法,对补偿器的选型、安装等进行了分析。结果表明,烟风道中补偿器在安装时应根据具体情况采取预拉、预压以及横向偏装等方法,以增强补偿器的补偿能力。在满足安装条件时,补偿器应尽可能靠近烟风道上位移较大的接口,靠近支吊架,防止相邻固定点间布置过多补偿器而产生补偿器失稳;烟风道中使用金属补偿器时,应着重考虑补偿器对管道及接口的弹性反力和力矩,使接口承受的力和力矩较小。Combined with the characteristic of thermal compensation of flue duct,as well as the calculation method of compensation quantity,type selection and installation of compensator was analyzed.Results show that,to enhance compensation ability of the compensator,methods such as pre-drawing,precompression,transverse eccentric installation and other ones should be adopted,according to concrete situation during the installation of the compensator in the flue duct.On the premise of satisfying the installing requirements,the compensator should be as close as possible to the interface that has larger displacement on the flue duct,and near the support and hanger to prevent instability of the compensator that caused by excess layout of compensators between the adjacent fixed points.When metal compensator is used in the flue duct,to lessen the force and moment that the interface bears,elastic reaction and moment produced by compensator on the duct and interface should be paid more attention to.
