摘  要:已运行的电站锅炉引风机多采用电动机驱动,电动机容量的增大会使厂用电增加。分析比较了采用汽轮机驱动和电动机驱动引风机的技术经济性差异,论述了汽动引风机的经济性及能耗,提出新建机组采用电动引风机初投资低,运行维护更简单,而汽动引风机可降低厂用电率,避免电动机起动电流对厂用电系统的冲击;对电动引风机改汽动驱动的改造机组,需要核算锅炉、主汽轮机、凝结水系统、抽汽系统、辅助蒸汽系统、循环水系统等参数能否满足汽轮机驱动要求;无论新建机组还是改造机组,采用汽动引风机都具有一定的经济优势,且该优势在机组低负荷运行时更为明显。ID fans in operating power plants are always driven by electromotor,while the increasing capacity of the electromotor will cause higher service power consumption rate.So,this paper compares the technical and economic difference between different driven ways for ID fans(by steam turbine or electromotor),and also discusses the economical efficiency and energy consumption of the steam turbine driven ID fans.Newly built generator units will have lower initial investment and easier operation maintenance by adopting the electromotor to drive ID fans.However,using steam turbine to drive can decrease the service power consumption rate,and avoid the impact of motor starting current on auxiliary power system.For the retrofitted units which change electromotor driving into steam turbine driving,it should be checked whether the parameters of following systems can satisfy the turbine driven requirements,such as boiler,main steam turbine,condensate system,extraction steam system,auxiliary steam system and circulating water system etc.Steam turbine driven ID fans adopted on either newly built or retrofitted units both have certain economic advantages,but only under low unit loads.
