摘 要:取消烟气旁路可简化烟气脱硫系统结构,减少故障点,降低系统投资。对影响取消烟气旁路烟道后的烟气脱硫(FGD)系统可靠性的因素——脱硫设备故障和烟气系统故障进行了分析,从设备选材、工艺设计、逻辑控制、运行管理等方面提出了相应的解决方案,如吸收塔采用防腐衬胶,吸收塔氧化管道采用合金材料,提高设备备用系数,引风机与脱硫增压风机合二为一等,以提高无旁路FGD系统的可靠性。Abrogating the gas by-pass can simplify the flue gas desulfurization system and reduce the fault points and investment.Factors affecting the reliability of the system without bypass,including desulfurization equipment fault and flue gas system fault,were investigated.Corresponding solutions were put forward according to several items such as equipment material selection,process design,logic control and operation management etc.For example,enlarging equipment spare coefficient like using anticorrosion rubber lining for absorption tower and alloy for oxidation pipeline,uniting the induced draft fan and desulfurization booster fan,appropriately lengthening the inlet flue duct of absorption tower and installing accident spraying system in the duct,optimizing the system logic,operating the boiler with no oil supporting and other measurements are proposed.
