摘 要:在水平管式试验炉上研究生物质与煤配比、燃烧气氛、O2浓度、温度对NO排放特性的影响规律。结果表明,在O2/CO2气氛下,随着生物质比例的增大,生物质混煤NO释放提前,NO排放完毕时间减少,NO的排放量降低;在试验所选取的O2浓度范围内,相同氧浓度时,O2/CO2气氛下生物质混煤NO的排放量小于O2/N2气氛下的排放量,其降低幅度约为10%~20%;随着O2浓度的增加,2种气氛下生物质混煤NO的排放量均升高;在试验所选取的温度范围内,随着温度的升高,生物质混煤NO的排放量增加。NO emission characteristic in O2/CO2 atmosphere was investigated in a horizontal tube furnace,by using flue gas on-line analyzer,and factors such as biomass mixing proportion,combustion environment,concentration of O2,and the temperature were considered.Results show that,in O2/CO2 atmosphere,with the increase of biomass mixing proportion,NO release happens earlier and spends less time,and its emission decreases;when at the same O2 concentration,NO emission in O2/CO2 atmosphere is always less than that in O2/N2,by about 10%-20%;with the increase of O2 concentration,NO emission increases in both atmospheres.Within the experimental temperature range,NO emission rises with the increase of temperature.
