摘  要:对A电厂660MW机组和B电厂680MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉采用调整燃尽风水平摆角方法解决锅炉主、再热蒸汽温度偏差和管壁超温的措施进行试验。结果表明,调整燃尽风水平摆角改变了燃尽风的切圆大小,进而改变了烟气流在出炉膛时的流场分布。A电厂6号机组和B电厂5号机组调整AA风摆角后,两侧主蒸汽温度差消除,过热器壁温降低,且不再超温。To solve the problems like temperature deviation between main and reheat steam and tube-wall overtemperature,experiment about regulating the horizontally offset angle of over-fire air was conducted,on tangentially-fired boiler for 660 MW unit in power plant A and 680 MW unit in power plant B.Results show that,regulating the horizontally offset angle of over-fire air can alter the size of tangential circle,so as to change the flow field distribution of flue gas at the outlet of furnace.For No.6 unit in power plant A and No.5 unit for power plant B,after the regulation,temperature deviation between main and reheat steam is eliminated,besides,the wall temperature of superheater decreases.
