摘  要:由于煤质变差,某360MW机组"W"型火焰锅炉燃烧不稳,需大量投油助燃。对此,进行卫燃带改造。改造后,燃烧工况明显改善,火焰稳定性提高;助燃油投入量减少,机组负荷在200MW左右可不投油助燃;锅炉排烟温度由170~180℃降至150~160℃,大渣和飞灰含碳量降低。Poor coal quality causes combustion instability,thus large amount of fuel oil were necessary for a 360 MW unit with W-flame boiler.Therefore,against the low temperature level in the furnace of the boiler,retrofitting of the refractory belt was conducted.After the modification,combustion condition is significantly improved,and the flame stability is also enhanced.Moreover,fuel oil consumption decreases,and no oil is needed when the unit load is about 200 MW.Besides,the exhaust gas temperature reduces from 170~180 ℃ to 150~160 ℃,and the bottom ash and carbon content of fly ash decreases too.
