摘  要:针对某600MW机组发生的汽轮机高压转子临界转速下及带负荷过程中振动幅度大、随机性波动,以及发电机转子后瓦轴振周期性波动、振幅增大等故障进行了分析诊断。结果表明,引起振动的原因分别为汽轮机高压缸膨胀不畅、油挡积碳、发电机转子滑环与碳刷动静碰摩以及发电机转子热不平衡等。经更换垫片、将轴承箱负压由-450Pa升至-180Pa、调整碳刷安装紧力以及现场高速动平衡后,机组轴系振动故障消除,振动降至良好水平。To clear the faults occurred on a 600MW unit,such as large amplitude vibration and random fluctuation of high pressure rotor with critical speed and load,periodic fluctuation and amplitude increase of shaft bearing vibration that behind the generator rotor,diagnosis and trouble-shooting of vibration was conducted.Results show that,reasons causing the vibration are:non-smooth expansion of high pressure cylinder and carbon deposition on oil damper,dynamic and static friction between slip ring and carbon brush,and thermal unbalance of the generator rotor etc.Measurements like replacing the gaskets,increasing the pressure of bearing box from-450 Pa to-180 Pa,regulating the installation compactness of carbon brush and the field high-speed dynamic balance,can eliminate the vibration problems,and make the shaft system run normally.
