摘　　要：为了实现发电集团公司对所属三级发电公司生产经济性指标的实时监管,以及使发电集团公司能够实时掌握各发电厂对设备事故的处理情况和应对能力,以华能吉林公司为对象构建了公司级生产实时监管系统。该系统通过与发电厂的火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)或管理信息系统(MIS)的连接,采集用于经济性指标汇总及计算的实时数据,发送至集团公司侧主站系统,以对实时数据进行对比、分析,形成经济性指标报表等。应用结果表明,该系统提高了集团公司的生产管理水平和机组的运行效率,取得了较好的经济效益。To realize real time monitoring on economic index of production for power plants,as well as real time control of the power plants' processing and response ability on equipment accident by Huaneng Group,company level production real time monitoring system was established,taking the Huaneng Jilin Power Generation Company as the object.Based on connecting with plant level supervisory information system(ISI) or management information system(MIS) of thermal power plant,this system samples the real time data used for economic index summarization and calculation,then sends them to the Huaneng Group-side master system,for real time data comparison and analysis,so as to accomplish the economic index report.Application results show that,this system enhances the production management level and the unit operation efficiency of the Group,and obtains good economic efficiency.
