摘 要:对不同运行阶段超滤膜丝表面形态、亲水性及其污染物的成分进行分析。结果表明,硅、铁、铝等物质易形成胶体,在超滤膜表面形成污堵层;系统前期污染物以块状松散物为主,随着系统运行时间增长,污染层逐渐转化为密实的凝胶层时,膜丝接触角较清洁膜丝有所增大,膜的亲水性降低,污堵速度增快。对此,建议在污染层形成前期加强物理清洗,在保证混凝澄清系统出水合格的前提下尽量降低铁盐或铝盐等混凝剂的投加量。The surface morphology and hydrophilicity of the UF membrane wire during different operation phases,as well as the contamination on it were investigated.Results indicate that,the main pollutants are colloidal silica,colloidal iron and colloidal aluminum,which can easily form fouling layers on surface of the UF membrane.In earlier stage,the contamination mainly composes of massive and loose matters.As the running time increasing,the fouling layers gradually transform into dense gel layers.At this moment,compared to clean membrane wire,the contaminated one has larger contact angle,lower hydrophilicity and higher fouling speed.Therefore,the authors suggest strengthening physical cleaning during the earlier stage of contamination formation,and decreasing the amount of additions such as ferric salt and aluminum salt as low as possible,on the premise of ensuring the effluent of coagulation and clarification system is qualified.
