摘 要:采用3种氧化铝厂生产的赤泥作为添加剂对石灰石进行调质,并在循环流化床锅炉温度条件下进行了燃煤固硫试验,考察燃烧温度、调质配比、固硫剂粒径、钙硫比等因素对固硫效率的影响。结果表明,在整个温度范围内(700~1 100℃),采用赤泥调质均能显著提高石灰石的固硫性能;按Ca/Me摩尔比为15向石灰石中添加赤泥可以获得最佳的固硫效果;减小固硫剂的粒径或增大钙硫比,均能提高赤泥调质石灰石的固硫效果,钙硫比为2时,固硫效果较佳。In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler in which the sulphur retention performance of limestone is not the best due to the relatively high bed temperature caused by consumption of inferior coal,modified limestone was proposed.The sulfur retention performance of limestone modified by three kinds of red mud from alumina plant under fluidized bed boiler temperature conditions was investigated experimentally.Facts such as effects of combustion temperature,modified ratio,particle size and calcium/sulfur ratio on sulfur retention efficiency were studied respectively.Results show that,the red mud can effectively improve the sulfur retention performance of limestone in the whole temperature range(700~1 100 ℃).The optimum result is achieved when the Ca/Me ratio is 15.Reducing the particle size and increasing the calcium/sulfur ratio can both improve the sulphur-fixing rate.Perfect desulfurization effect is obtained as the calcium/sulfur ratio being 2.
