摘  要:在不同负荷下对某电厂300MW机组旋流对冲燃烧锅炉空气预热器出口NOx排放浓度、烟气成分、排烟温度等进行了测试,计算了燃料氮生成燃料型NOx的转化率,并对其与运行氧量、锅炉负荷、锅炉效率之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,旋流对冲燃烧锅炉燃料氮生成NOx的转化率在20%~30%之间;炉膛温度较运行氧量对燃料氮生成NOx的转化率影响较大。To stuy the source of NOx discharged by coal fired power plant,an experimental study on a 300 MW subcritical swirl-opposed firing boiler was carried out.NOx emission at outlet of the air preheater,flue gas components and exhaust gas temperature were measured under different unit loads.Conversion rate of fuel-nitrogen to fuel-NOx was calculated based on the fuel-NOx formation mechanism,furthermore,its relationship with indexes such as oxygen concentration,boiler load and efficiency was analyzed.Results show that,the conversion rate of fuel-nitrogen to NOx of the swirl-opposed boiler is between 20% and 30%.Compared to the oxygen concentration,furnace temperature has stronger influence on the fuel-nitrogen transformation.
