摘  要:总结了给水加氧处理技术在北仑发电有限公司(北仑电厂)2台超超临界1 000MW机组上的应用结果。分析给水加氧过程中的氧化还原电位值、铁含量和蒸汽中氢含量等各项指标的变化,以及加氧后高温管壁表面氧化皮的状态,表明汽水的氧化还原电位在加氧过程中随溶解氧量的增加而上升,蒸汽中氢含量明显降低。因此,给水加氧过程中,可采用高压加热器疏水处的氧化还原电位作为调整加氧量的依据。The effects of applying feed water oxygenation technology on two ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit for Beilun Power Plant were summarized.The variation of such indexes as redox potencial,iron content and the hydrogen concentration in steam was analyzed,as well as the situation of oxide skin formed on surface of the tube wall under high temperature after oxygenation.It indicates that,the redox potencial rises with the increasing of the oxygen dissolved during the oxygenation process,while the hydrogen content in steam dramatically reduces.Therefore,during the feed water oxygenation,the redox potencial at the hydrophobic section of the high temperature heater can be used as the basis for oxygen regulation.
