利用PIV技术研究四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧器区水平涡量分布

摘　　要：利用粒子成像测速系统(PIV)测量四角切圆燃烧锅炉冷态模型燃烧器区的空气动力场,得到3个典型水平层面的速度场和涡量场。炉膛中心的环状大涡量区为煤粉与空气混合的主燃烧区;炉膛边角的反向涡量易造成二次回流区炉壁结焦。To promote the mix of air and pulverized coal,and improve the combustion efficiency and control the emissions,vorticity distribution in burner zone of tangentially fired boiler was discussed.Three typical velocity and vorticity fields in horizontal planes was obtained,by measuring aerodynamic field in burner zone of the cold tangential firing boiler model using Particle Imaging Velocimetry sytem(PIV).Results indicate that,ring-shaped large vorticity area in the center of the furnace is the main combustion area where the pulverized coal mixes up with the air.The reversed vorticity in the furnace corner can easily cause slagging on the wall in secondary recirculation area.
