摘 要:使用TCP2C型色差计测试得到不同聚煤区煤种的颜色三刺激值、直角坐标、极坐标、颜色的明度,将这些数据与煤的工业分析结果、灰熔点和灰成分及其由两者综合预测得到的煤灰结渣指数Sc输入煤灰结渣预测系统数据库进行分析。结果表明,烟煤型煤灰的明度与Sc的相关性较好,但褐煤及侏罗纪烟煤多为褐煤型灰;烟煤型煤灰的明度与Sc的相关性较差,须对明度值进行选择性修正。可不断对该预测系统增加测色及煤灰数据,系统将对原有及新增数据重新处理得出新的预测规律,从而逐步提高预测的准确性。The feasibility of using color index of ash to distinguish the slagging characteristics of coal was investigated.By TCP2C type colorimeter,indexes of coal from different coal-cumulating areas such as color tristimulus value(including rectangular coordinate,polar coordinate,brightness),yellowness and whiteness of the color were obtained,then combined with the proximate analysis,ash melting point and composition,and the ash slagging index Sc predicted according to both of the melting point and composition,these data were inputted into the database of ash slagging prediction system.Results show that,the brightness of bituminous coal ash has good relativity with Sc.But for lignite coal ash,the correlation between brightness and Sc is not that good,the brightness value should be modified selectively.This open prediction system can rehandle the original data and the newly additional ash and color measurement data,so as to obtain the new prediction rule,and improve the accuracy gradually.
