摘  要:以某电厂超临界600MW机组锅炉为研究对象,通过单因素轮换方法得出在燃用当前主要煤种、不同负荷下的运行氧量对锅炉热效率、辅机电耗和NOx排放量的影响规律,并得出了最优运行氧量控制值,给出了锅炉运行氧量优化控制曲线。试验结果表明,在600、480、420、360MW电负荷下,随着运行氧量的增加,锅炉热效率降低,风机电耗和NOx排放量增加。通过试验数据可以看出,目前电厂习惯运行方式氧量值偏高,建议按照运行氧量优化控制曲线进行调整。Based on single factor alternate method,the influence of oxygen content that under different unit loads with current coals as the fuel on boiler efficiency,as well as on auxiliary equipment power consumption and NOx emission was investigated,taking boiler of a 600 MW supercritical unit as the object.Moreover,the optimal oxygen content was determined,and the control curve for oxygen content optimization was obtained.Results show that,under the loads of 600,480,420 and 360 MW,with the increasing oxygen content,the boiler efficiency decreases,and the fan power consumption and NOx emission increases.The test data indicate that oxygen content in this power plant is high under the current operation mode.Regulation should be carried out according to the optimization curve obtained.
