摘  要:基于某600MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置实际满负荷运行参数,对脱硫装置工艺水的用途和消耗进行分析和计算,并建立了水平衡图。分析表明,脱硫系统的水平衡与锅炉烟气量、脱硫装置入口和出口烟气温度等密切相关,吸收塔内蒸发水量占系统水耗的90%以上。对此,提出了降低入口烟气温度、采用低温省煤器、引入输煤冲洗水制浆、收集利用烟囱和烟道内的凝结水等节水措施。The application and consumption of process water for desulfurization device were analyzed and calculated,based on actual operating data of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization equipment for a 600 MW unit under full load condition,and the water balance diagram was established,too.Analysis indicates that,the water balance of desulfurization system is closely related to parameters such as flue gas flow of the boiler,inlet and outlet temperature of the desulfurization unit,and so on.The quantity of evaporated water in the absorber accounts for more than 90 percent of the system water consumption.Finally,the corresponding water-saving measures are put forward.For example,lower the temperature of inlet gas;use low-temperature economizer;introduce coal-washing water into limestone slurry making;collect and make use of condensate water in the chimney and flue,etc.
