锅炉简化净效率在1025t/h锅炉运行调整中的应用

摘  要:基于综合考虑了锅炉热效率、制粉电耗以及送、引风机电耗因素的锅炉简化净效率,对某电厂1 025t/h锅炉进行了优化调整试验,分析了炉膛出口氧量、一次风压和煤粉细度等参数对锅炉热效率、辅机电耗和锅炉简化净效率的影响。结果表明,在高负荷下,炉膛出口氧量控制在3.0%、一次风压8.1kPa时锅炉净效率最高;煤粉细度对制粉系统功耗的影响较小。建议在保证一次风管不堵塞的前提下,尽量降低磨煤机入口一次风压。同时,在磨煤机出力满足运行要求的情况下,尽量降低煤粉细度。Based on the simplified net boiler efficiency,optimization tests on the 1 025 t/h boiler for a power plant was conducted to investigate the influence of such parameters as the oxygen content at outlet of the furnace,primary air pressure and the coal particle size etc.on the heat efficiency of boiler,as well as the auxiliary power consumption and the simplified net boiler efficiency.Result show that,under high load condition,the net boiler efficiency reaches the maximum value when the oxygen content at outlet of the furnace is controlled at 3.0% and the primary air pressure at 8.1 kPa.Within the test range,the influence of coal particle size on power consumption of coal pulverizing system is small.It is suggested that,the primary air pressure at entrance of the coal mill and the coal particle size should be decreased as low as possible,on the premise of ensuring the primary air tube not be blocked and the mill output satisfy the running requirements.
