摘  要:针对嘉峪关宏晟电热公司2台125MW机组锅炉送风机出力不足的问题,通过现场试验、性能测试以及理论计算,得出造成送风机出力不足的主要原因是送风管网阻力过大,而二次风总风门阻力过大是导致管网阻力过大的主要因素。对此,通过采取更换2组燃烧器下层二次风喷口,并增大该风道的通流截面,分别在通往1、2号角和3、4号角间风道分叉处增加挡板,同时在四角二次风箱4个热风弯管内加装弧形导流板等措施后,有效地提高了送风机出力,降低了风机耗功。Based on extensive field test,performance test and theoretical calculations,the author found out the excessive large resistance of air supply net was the main reason for the insufficient output of boiler forced draft fans in the two 125 MW units of Jiayuguan Hongsheng Electric Company,and too large resistance of the wing-type air flow measurement device was the key factor.Thus,energy-saving renovation on the fans was conducted.Such as,changing the secondary air nozzle on the lower layer of the burner,enlarging the flow area of duct for the nozzle refered,adding dampers in the bifurcation of air ducts leading to the No.1 and No.2 corners,as well as No.3 and No.4 corners,separately,and installing arc baffles in elbows that lead to the four corners simultaneously.Results show that,the above modification measures not only can efficiently enhance the output of boiler blower,but also could reduce its power dissipationt.
