摘　　要：基于FCS165现场总线控制系统在华能陕西秦岭发电有限公司(秦岭电厂)超临界2×600MW空冷机组全厂一体化控制的应用,介绍了FCS165现场总线控制系统的Profibus主站与美国ABB公司的ACS510系列变频器(从站)的连接方法,以及主站与从站通信功能的组态及参数设置等,并对该控制系统调试中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决措施。Based on plant-wide and successful application of the FCS165 field bus control system on integrated control of the supercritical 2×600 MW air cooled unit for Qinling Power Plant,the method of connecting the Profibus master station in FCS165 field bus control system to the ACS510 series frequency converter(slave station) from ABB Company of America was introduced.Moreover,the configuration and parameters setting for communication between master and slave station were also presented.Besides,problems occurred during debugging of the system mentioned was analyzed and the countermeasures were given.
