摘  要:对某电厂1 000MW机组塔式锅炉再热汽温长期偏低的原因进行了分析,认为其主要原因是锅炉设计时为防结焦增大了锅炉水冷壁受热面积但未增加再热器及过热器相应受热面,从而导致受热面吸热失衡。对此,在不改造受热面的情况下,通过采取燃烧调整和吹灰优化等措施,使再热汽温比调整前提高了近20℃左右,再热器出口温度偏差也从原来的20℃左右降至10℃以内。按再热汽温每升高10℃煤耗降低0.75g/(kW.h),每台机组年发电量70亿kW.h计算,可节省标煤约7 875t,经济效益显著。By experimental study,the main reason for long term low reheat steam temperature of the tower type boiler was as follows:to prevent the boiler from slagging,the heating surface of water wall was increased during designing but that of the reheater and superheater was not,leading to imbalance of the heating surface.Thus,in the case of no modification on the heating surface,combustion regulation and soot blowing optimization were conducted,which increased the reheat steam temperature by about 20 ℃,and reduced the reheater outlet temperature deviation from 20 ℃ to 10 ℃ or even lower.The economic benefit was dramatically improved.
