摘  要:介绍了印尼INDRAMAYU电站330MW机组快速甩负荷(FCB)试验的过程,在分析了FCB过程中出现的旁路保护误动、汽轮机转速超调、主蒸汽温度大幅下降等问题的基础上,对高压旁路减温控制回路参数、FCB时汽轮机联锁发电机跳闸控制逻辑等进行了优化。优化后的FCB试验结果表明,主蒸汽、再热蒸汽下降最大温差分别为25℃和23℃,控制系统的调节品质显著提高。Several fast cut back(FCB) tests of the 330 MW unit in Indonesia INDRAMAYU Power Plant were presented.Based on analyzing such problems as wrong action of bypass protection system,speed overshoot of the turbines,and sharp decrease of the main steam temperature,optimization of parameters of temperature regulation control loop in high pressure bypass and generator tripping control logic of steam turbine interlocking during FCB was performed.Test results showed that,the maximum differences of temperature main and reheat steam drop for were 25 ℃ and 23 ℃,respectively.After the improvement,the regulation quality was significantly enhanced.
