摘 要:针对传统喷溅装置易发生堵塞、中空、下盘易脱落、水滴较大和喷洒不均匀等问题,开发了1种GX型离心式喷溅装置,并进行了实际应用及性能考核试验。结果表明,在各种工况下,GX型离心式喷溅装置的溅水均匀分布系数平均值在0.1~0.3之间,水力学性能良好。将GX型离心式喷溅装置应用于某5 500m2自然通风冷却塔后,其出塔循环水温度比未安装该装置的低0.71℃,从而使机组标准煤耗降低约0.8g/(kW.h),达到了节能减排的目的。Against such problems as blocking,central hole,easy-falling-off lower plate,over large water droplet and uneven spraying that easily occur in the traditional spraying equipment,a novel GX type centrifugal spraying device was developed and its actual application and performance test were carried out.Results showed that,under various conditions,the average of the uniform distribution coefficient of spraying water for this new type device was between 0.1 and 0.3,indicating the device has good hydraulic performance.Applying this new type device to a natural draft cooling tower,the outlet circulating water temperature was 0.71 ℃ lower than that of the system without this device,thus the standard coal consumption of the unit was reduced by about 0.8 g/(kW·h).
