摘  要:分析了抗燃油电阻率超标的主要原因,并对硅藻土、离子交换树脂及强极性吸附剂再生提高抗燃油电阻率的效果进行了比较。分析表明,抗燃油劣化变质所产生的导电或极性物质是导致其电阻率超标的主要原因;实际运行中更换部分抗燃油并不能有效提高其电阻率,使用强极性吸附剂可提高劣化抗燃油的电阻率至新油水平,而硅藻土和离子交换树脂对提高抗燃油电阻率的效果不明显。The main reason of fire-resistant oil's volume resistivity exceeding the standard in operation was analyzed,and the effects of increasing resistivity by regeneration of diatomite,iron exchange resin and strong polar adsorbent were compared.Results show that,conductive or polar material produced by deterioration of fire resistant oil causes the overproof resistivity,but replacing partial fire resistant oil in operation can not effectively solve this problem.However,adopting strong polar adsorbent can dramatically increase the resistivity of deteriorated fire resistant oil to the level of that of new oil,but the effect of using diatomite or iron exchange resin is not that obvious.
