摘 要:基于对M701F型燃气-蒸汽联合循环390MW机组一次调频动态响应特性不能达到性能考核指标要求的原因分析,进行了主控制系统选择转速控制模式以提高机组一次调频响应速度、在自动负荷控制回路中减小调频死区和加大调频幅度等优化试验。结果表明,优化后的机组一次调频功能在电网频率变化超过机组一次调频死区时,响应时间为1~2s;在电网频率变化超过机组一次调频死区的45s内,实际一次调频量超过了理论调频量(随转速变化的函数值)的70%,完全满足电网调度对机组一次调频性能的要求。The dynamic response characteristic of primary frequency regulation(PFR) for M701F gas-steam combined cycle unit can not reach the performance standards.Based on the reason analysis for this,some optimizations were carried out,such as selecting the speed control mode in main control system to improve the response speed of primary frequency regulation,narrowing the regulation dead band and increasing the regulation range in automatic load regulation(ALR) system.Results showed that,after optimization,the response time of PFR was between 1 s and 2 s when the frequency variation of power network exceeded the unit PFR dead band.Within 45 s,the actual PFR amount exceeded 70% of the theoretical frequency regulation.Therefore,the optimized PFR function totally satisfied the requirements of power dispatching on the PFR performance.
