低温多效蒸馏海水淡化设备选材分析

摘　　要：在分析常用耐海水腐蚀材料性能特点的基础上,筛选出适合低温多效蒸馏海水淡化设备的材料。分析表明,蒸发器壳体及内件使用316L不锈钢,换热管使用钛管+铝黄铜管的组合能耐海水腐蚀,满足强度要求,且成本相对较低。同时,给出了适合低温多效蒸馏海水淡化设备的盐水侧壳体、淡水侧壳体、换热管、管板和支承板、除雾器、海水布液喷头等的选用材料。Based on the performance analysis on conventional seawater corrosion resistant materials,the suitable materials for low pressure multiple-effect distillation seawater desalination equipments were selected.Results showed that,the evaporator shell and internals should use 316L stainless steel,and for heat exchange tubes,the titanium tube combined with aluminum brass tube should be adopted.This material combination scheme can resist the seawater corrosion,satisfy the strength requirements and has relatively low cost.
