副励磁机轴承振动原因分析及处理

摘  要:某200MW机组副励磁机轴承发生漏油及振动突变、超标故障,检查分析结果表明,轴承润滑油进油量过大漏入副励磁机,并与灰尘积聚改变了副励磁机空气间隙,使转子与定子不同心,从而导致副励磁机振动过大。通过采取调整轴承油隙在规定范围内,选用孔径合适的进油缩孔控制进油量,保证副励磁机合格的空气间隙等措施后,振动消除,机组运行正常。Oil leakage,sudden and excessive vibration occurred on the bearing of pilot exciter in a 200 MW unit.Analysis showed that,too much bearing oil inflow caused the oil leaking into the pilot exciter and depositing with the dust,changing the air gap and making the stator centre be not concentric with the rotor centre,therefore over large vibration of the pilot exciter occurred.After such improvement as adjusting the bearing oil gap within the prescribed limit,adopting oil entrance with proper size to control the volume and ensuring the pilot exciter has qualified air gap,the vibration was eliminated.
