摘  要:基于DG185-385型给水泵的比转速,采用二元设计、三元校核的方法对DG185-385型芯包进行改造,并通过改造前、后的给水泵性能试验验证改造效果。结果表明,给水泵改造后其流量、扬程和效率均有较大提高,可满足单机在150MW负荷以下2台给水泵高效轮换运行。Based on the specific speed of DG185-385 feed water pump,upgrading of the pump was conducted by using dualistic designing and ternary checking method.The optimization effect was verified through performance test of the pump before and after the retrofitting.Results showed that,after improvement,the flow,delivery lift and efficiency of the pump was improved a lot.Two water pumps run alternately and efficiently to insure safe operation of single generator under load of 150 MW can be realized.
