摘 要:通过变运行氧量试验得出,某电厂4号锅炉飞灰可燃物含量偏高是给煤过程中混有杂物引起磨煤机分离器内锥体堵塞,导致内锥体内积粉以及内锥体下部的锁气器门卡死而处于常开状态,使煤粉过粗所致。通过采取清理分离器,保证煤粉气流回路畅通,并确保内锥体回流装置锁气门正常使用等措施后,解决了飞灰可燃物含量偏高的问题,锅炉热效率平均提高了0.56百分点。Through oxygen content regulating experiment,the reason for high combustible matter content in fly ash for NO.4 boiler in a power plant was obtained.That is,pyramid in separator of coal mill blocked because of impurities appearing in coal supply process,causing coal powder accumulation inside the inner pyramid,and deadlocking of the air lock door,which kept open,therefore,the coal particle was over coarse.Thus,to solve this problem,separator of the mill was cleared thoroughly,and the air lock valve of the recycling device for inner pyramid was handled.After these measures were taken,combustible content in fly ash reduced,and thermal efficiency of the boiler was improved by an average of 0.56%.
