摘  要:[目的]选择适宜的接种方法是品种抗病性鉴定能否成功及鉴定结果是否可靠的重要因素之一。研究通过对葡萄品种抗霜霉病不同鉴定方法的比较和相关性分析,旨在寻找一种简单、快速的鉴定方法,为品种抗病性鉴定和霜霉病菌致病性分化研究奠定基础。[方法]采用室内离体叶片接种鉴定、田间叶片接种鉴定和自然条件下发病鉴定三种方法对15个抗病性不同的葡萄品种进行抗霜霉病鉴定,鉴定结果用DPS软件进行相关性分析,并对三种方法的可行性进行比较。[结果]三种鉴定方法的结果基本一致,其相关系数均在0.95以上,从中初步筛选出对霜霉病高抗、抗病、感病和高感的品种,为品种抗病性鉴定和霜霉病菌致病性分化研究奠定了基础。[结论]室内离体叶片接种鉴定方法简单,快速,环境条件易控制,其结果可以反映葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗感程度。[Objective]Selecting suitable inoculation method is one of the most important factors to determine whether the identification of cultivar resistance to disease is successful or not and whether the result of identification is reliable.Comparison and correlation analysis of different indentifying methods for grape cultivars resistance to Plasmopara viticola were conducted in this paper to look for a simple and fast identifying method,and to lay foundation for identification of cultivar resistance to disease and pathogenic differentiation. [Method]The results from identification of 15 different resistance grape cultivars to Plasmopara viticola by indoor identification of leaves,field identification by leaf inoculation and identification by natural infection were analyzed by correlation analysis with DPS,and the feasibilities of three identification methods were compared.[Result]The results showed that the three methods were consistent and the correlation coefficients were above 0.95;high resistance,resistance,susceptible and high susceptible cultivars were preliminary screened from 15 cultivars,which laid the foundation for identification of cultivar resistance to disease and padiogenic differentiation.[Conclusion]Inoculating leaf tissues indoors was an effective method for grape cultivars resistance to Plasmopara viticola because it was simple,fast,reliable and easy to control.
