摘 要:阐述了2种直接空冷凝汽器试验标准VGB-R131Me和DL/T 552—1995在试验边界条件和修正过程上的异同。用2种试验标准计算了亚临界600 MW机组空冷凝汽器试验结果,结果表明,评价空冷凝汽器性能的指标系数R(VGB-R131Me试验导则)和综合性能系数Kt(DL/T 552—1995)都大于1,并且2个性能评价指标R和Kt的高低变化都呈现相同的规律,凝汽器的性能指标达到设计值。探讨了2种方法在确定低压缸排汽焓和计算基准流量上的不足,针对具体工程事例,应以准确测量的进除氧器的凝结水流量作为凝汽器性能计算的基准流量,并利用汽轮机本体的能量平衡来计算低压缸排汽焓,作为计算进入空冷凝汽器热负荷的基础。The similarities and differences of the air-cooled condenser performance test standards between VGB-R131Me and DL/T 552-1995 with various boundary conditions were described.The test results of air-cooled condenser in the 600MW subcritical units were calculated with two kinds of test standard.The results show that the index R(the standard VGB-R131Me) and the comprehensive performance coefficient Kt(the standard DL/T 552-1995) are both greater than 1,and the two figures have the same changing trend law.And the performance index of the condenser reached the design value.The disadvantages of the two standards were discussed for determining the exhaust steam enthalpy in the low pressure cylinder and calculating the standard flow.In the practical project,the accurate condensate flow in the deaerator should be taken as the standard flow,and the exhaust steam enthalpy in the low pressure cylinder should be calculated based on the energy balance of the turbine.And the exhaust steam enthalpy should be the basis of calculating the heat load of the air-cooled condenser.
