摘  要:锅炉的排烟热损失是其各项热损失中最大的一项,因此,有必要采取一定的技术措施降低锅炉的排烟温度。为了给火电厂降低锅炉排烟温度提供技术参考,根据某135 MW循环流化床锅炉机组的实际特点,建立了不同降低排烟温度方法的计算模型,分析并比较了低压省煤器与前置式空气预热器等降低锅炉排烟温度技术方案的经济性。分析结果表明,采用水介质空气预热器,利用烟气余热加热锅炉送风是降低锅炉排烟温度综合效益最好的方式,采用该种方式投资回收期约为1.53年。由于能够控制进水温度,因此可以有效避免锅炉的低温腐蚀。Exhaust heat loss is the biggest heat loss of the boiler,it is necessary to take certain measures to reduce flue gas temperature of boiler.In order to provide technical references for reducing the flue gas temperature,according to the actual characteristics of a 135 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler unit,the several calculation models of reducing flue gas temperature were established,the economy of low pressure economizer and front-located air pre-heater for reducing the flue gas temperature were analyzed and compared.The analysis results show that using water-medium front-located air pre-heater to heating air supply for boiler by waste heat of flue gas is the best way for reducing flue gas temperature comprehensively and the pay back period of the way approximately was 1.53 years.It could avoid the low-temperature corrosion of the boiler because of the ability to con-trol the temperature of inlet water.
