摘  要:简要介绍河北某电厂循环水排污水回用处理工艺。针对反渗透系统污堵及保安过滤器压差迅速上升问题进行了详细试验,逐一排查。分析结果表明,反渗透进水加酸点局部酸浓度过高,造成循环水中的水质稳定剂析出,堵在保安过滤器滤芯表面,进而引起微生物滋生,导致反渗透系统保安过滤器迅速污堵。经调整加酸点后再未出现反渗透污堵现象,系统运行正常。The circulation water waste water reuse treatment process of a Hebei power plant was briefly introduced.A detailed test for the rapid rising pressure difference of security filter and the problem of reverse osmosis(RO) system fouling was made.The analysis results show that the local acid concentration of the reverse osmosis water plus acid point is too high.The high concentration result in the precipitation of the circulating water quality stabilizer,which plug in the security filter core surface.Thereby the micro-organisms breed,which lead to the rapid fouling in reverse osmosis system security filter.By adjusting the acid point,the phenomenon of the reverse osmosis fouling was eliminated and the system can operate normally.
